Reminder: Proper Storage of Trash & Recycling Bins

This is a friendly reminder regarding the proper storage of trash and recycling bins in our community. As outlined in the Ellington Woods Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), bins must be stored in one of the following locations:

• Inside the garage of your residence, OR
• Behind your home, retaining wall, or fence, or concealed by landscaping in such a manner that bins are not visible from any street, alley, or adjacent lot.

Please ensure bins are returned to their proper storage location promptly after collection to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our community.
