A Teams meeting link will be included in the official meeting notice and emailed prior to the meeting.

An official meeting notice has been mailed to all homeowners and should be received soon. Please review all enclosed materials carefully, including the Teams access information, and meeting agenda.

The Annual Meeting will cover:

• Association financial and community updates
• Upcoming budget for 2026
• A homeowner Q&A session
